A Little Time For FUN !!!

A little time for fun. Took a quick pick before I give it to my friend tomorrow (Thursday) with her BD gift. She LOVES angels so of course what else, but an angel card. Pic didn't turn out as cute as it was, but I guess better luck next time....one of these days I'll get it.

Yummy Cupcake Birthday Card

This Yummy cupcake card was made for an elderly neighbor lady I grew up beside (in which my parents still live beside). She's the sweetest person so I knew the cupcake would fit in with her. Sorry the pic isn't the best (still need to work on that more, alot more) but I put diamond glitter on the top of the candle and some on the confetti, which spiced it up a little bit. The HB ribbon came from a ribbon outlet near me and they sell the ribbon Dirt Cheap, so cheap that you can't pass it up. Had to make this real quick so I could get it in the mail yesterday (Saturday) as Monday is her birthday. OOOPPPSSS almost fogot about it, but got it in just in time. Fall Magnetic Notepad

This was one of my recent projects. I think I made 12 of them. I gave these out to all the gals are a recent baby shower I had at my house. Of course I love the new SU "In Colors" so I used them, especially since they are somewhat fall colors. Had a blast making them and wished I could have done RSVP pens to match, but ran out of time with everything else I had going with the shower (games, food, prizes, etc.). Any comments good or bad are welcomed.

And I'm OFF and RUNNING!!!!

Well, I'm off and running for my first blog. It took me a while to figure out the whole blog setup thing, but with the help of my friend Karen, it's up and running. First I have to say, I admire all you gals work out there it's AWESOME and I hope that one day (as I'm still very new to all of this) I will be 1/2 as good as all of you. Next, I got started stamping, scrapping, you name it when I met Karen through Stampin Up and now belong to her Stamp Club, which I must say I'm like a kid in a candy store on those nights....loving every minute of it. Lastly, I certainly don't compare up with all of the pros out there, but I read the blogs every day and I love them. Thanks for checking out my blog and ANY comments (especially any helpful tips, please as I'm new to all of this) would be appreciated and again thanks for looking.
